Will the exchange disappear if I close the tab?
No. The exchange lives on the exchange provider's side, we just display it. Save the ID or link — you can always come back to it via this page.
Can I share an exchange with someone?
Yes. Copy the link from the tx-page and send it to anyone — they'll see the same info.
How long is a transaction stored?
There's no time limit on Rakoo's side. The exchange provider typically keeps records for at least several months, often indefinitely.
Is it safe? Who can see my exchanges?
Safe. The request goes through our secure proxy to the exchange provider, we don't store anything. Only someone with the ID can find an exchange.
